Returns for Refund are only accepted in certain situations, and contact must be made within 7 days of receiving your product. 

Returns for exchange or store credit are accepted with approval within 14 days of purchase and dependant on order and stock quantities. Product being exchanged or returned for store credit must be in new condition. 

Shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. 

We offer flat rate shipping for all standard orders, with free shipping over $100. 

For shipments within BC, the shipping charge is $10.00.

For shipments throughout the rest of Canada, the shipping charge is $15.00.

For shipments into the U.S.A, the shipping charge is $20.00. 

All orders over $100 throughout Canada and USA are applicable for free standard shipping.

Local Pick-up:

Local pick up is available in Maple Ridge B.C.

You can also choose to pick up at any one of our Markets. 

A confirmation email will be sent to you when the order is ready for pick up where arrangements can be made. 

Please do not proceed to pick up your order before the confirmation email is sent and arrangements have been made for pick up.

We strive to ship in stock products within 3-5 business days of order being received and paid. Backordered products will ship as soon as available and this will be communicated with buyer via email. 

• Please only use your soy wax melt in a UL Certified wax warmer or tealight warmer. 
• Please only use a maximum of two cubes at a time
• For optimal performance, we recommend only running your warmer for 3-4 hours at a time. 
• Discontinue use when fragrance is no longer noticeable or only 1/8" of wax remains at the bottom of the melter. 
• Never leave your burning candle unattended and keep away from children, pets and flammable materials. 
• Do not ingest the wax melts
• Please follow all safety instructions included with your specific warmer. 

Your plastic wax melt packaging can be recycled! When the packaging is empty, please dispose of with your plastic recycling. The leftover soy wax can go in the regular disposal or organics bin as it is biodegradable. Please do not dump leftover liquid wax down the sink. When you are finished with your wax, either wipe out the melted wax with a paper towel or allow the wax to harden and pop out with a spoon or butter knife and dispose of properly.
