Returns for Refund are only accepted in certain situations, and contact must be made within 7 days of receiving your product. 

Returns for exchange or store credit are accepted with approval within 14 days of purchase and dependant on order and stock quantities. Product being exchanged or returned for store credit must be in new condition. 

Shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. 

We offer flat rate shipping for all standard orders, with free shipping over $100. 

For shipments within BC, the shipping charge is $10.00.

For shipments throughout the rest of Canada, the shipping charge is $15.00.

For shipments into the U.S.A, the shipping charge is $20.00. 

All orders over $100 throughout Canada and USA are applicable for free standard shipping.

Local Pick-up:

Local pick up is available in Maple Ridge B.C.

You can also choose to pick up at any one of our Markets. 

A confirmation email will be sent to you when the order is ready for pick up where arrangements can be made. 

Please do not proceed to pick up your order before the confirmation email is sent and arrangements have been made for pick up.

We strive to ship in stock products within 3-5 business days of order being received and paid. Backordered products will ship as soon as available and this will be communicated with buyer via email. 

Candle Care Instructions:

• Please burn your candle the first time until it reaches a full melt pool (approximatley 3 hours), or until the melted wax reaches the outer edges of the tin and is at least 1/4" to 1/2" deep.
• This sets the "memory" for your candle and ensures an even burn, extends the life of your candle and prevents tunneling. 
• Please ensure your wooden wick is trimmed to 1/4" before any burn and the charred pieces of the wick are removed (nail clippers work great for this!)
• For optimal burning results, we recommend burning the candle for no longer than 3-4 hours at a time. 
• Discontinue use when only 1/2" of wax remains at the bottom of the tin
• Never leave your burning candle unattended and keep away from children, pets and flammable materials. 

Recycle!

Your candle vessel can be recycled or re-used! When the candle is finished, simply dump out the melted wax residue, remove the remnants of the wick and clip, and clean the vessel with hot, soapy water. The label can be peeled off and disposed of and the glass can be either recycled or re-used as a container for small items or keepsakes.
